Returns

We understand that sometimes you may want to return items that are not suitable, which is why we offer a free tracked returns service on all orders for customers within the UK. International customers will have to pay to return items to us at their own expense.

In order for your item(s) to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The goods are returned within 14 days of delivery date
  • The items have not been worn, and are returned to us in perfect condition with all tags attached. Please also ensure swimwear items are returned with hygiene stickers attached
  • Any product packaging (e.g. boxes) has not been damaged, and item(s) are returned in all original packaging
  • Item(s) are returned with returns document (delivery receipt) filled in and included in the package

Please note: For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of underwear items. We also do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

UK returns:

  • In your parcel you will find your Sales Receipt, which contains a returns form at the bottom.
  • Please complete the returns form, selecting whether you want a refund or exchange.
  • Go to http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/845 to create your tracked returns label, giving a reason for the return from the options listed.
  • Place the completed returns form with the items to be returned in the mailing bag and carefully seal it.
  • Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office for sending.
  • Please note: when returning a package to Style Sportif the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore always ensure you use our tracked returns service and obtain proof of postage. If you do not use the tracked returns service and the parcel is lost in transit, Style Sportif will not be able to provide a refund.
  • If you wish to return an item to us using an alternative delivery service this will be at your own expense and risk.

Once we have received your returned item(s) and checked they are unworn and in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the purchase to the credit card used for your order and email you to inform you of this refund.  Should there be an issue with your refund we will contact you within 48 hours.  Please note postage costs of original purchase will not be refunded.

International returns:

Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returning goods from international customers. You have 14 days from date of delivery to return items to us for a refund at your own cost.

To ensure items reach us we request that all items are returned to us using a tracked service.  Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as goods being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us. If you choose not to send your items on a tracked service then we cannot offer a refund if the goods are lost in transit.

Exchanges

Should the item you purchased be the wrong size we offer you a free exchange service.  On the back of your returns form there is a section marked exchanges. Please fill this in detailing the item you wish to exchange and the new size you would like. We only offer a direct exchange for the same product. Please then follow the returns instructions detailed above. 

Once we have received the returned item and checked it is unworn and in saleable condition, we will then send the exchange item out to you. In the event that your requested size is no longer available, a refund will automatically be credited to your bank account.

Please note that if you make a purchase that qualifies for a discount and you wish to return the item, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If you make a number of purchases and return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s).

How do I cancel my order?

For UK standard deliveries and international deliveries, please contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. In this instance you will need to return the item to us within 14 days or order date by following the steps above.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
